This website, rareruby.co, is operated by RareRuby LLC, a California limited liability company. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We sell stickers, decals, and related items, many of which are made to order. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We may change prices, products, or availability at any time.

3. Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we do, you'll get a full refund.

4. Subscriptions (Mail Club)
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout and are charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online through Manage Subscription in your account or the link in any subscription email, or by emailing us. 5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

6. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, and content on this site belong to RareRuby LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights to its design.

7. Proper use
Please don't misuse the site, such as attempting fraud, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything illegal.

8. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, RareRuby LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
